Freida Pinto
Biografie
Freida Selena Pinto (narozená 18. října 1984) je indická herečka, která se objevila především v amerických a britských filmech. Narodila se a vyrůstala v Bombaji, Maharashtra, v mladém věku se rozhodla stát herečkou. Jako studentka na St. Xavier's College, Bombaj, se zúčastnila amatérských her. Po absolvování studia krátce pracovala jako modelka a poté jako televizní moderátorka. Pinto se proslavila svým filmovým debutem v dramatu Slumdog Millionaire (2008), vyhrála cenu SAG a získala nominaci na cenu BAFTA za nejlepší herečku ve vedlejší roli. Získala kritické uznání za své role v Miral (2010), Trishna (2011) a Desert Dancer (2014).
