Jeffrey Michael Tambor (narozen 8. července 1944) je americký herec a komik. Je známý pro své televizní role jako Jeffrey Brooks, napjatý soused Stanley a Helen Roper v televizním sitcomu The Ropers (1979-1980), jako Hank Kingsley v The Larry Sanders Show (1992-1998), George Bluth Sr. a Oscar Bluth v Arrested Development (2003-2006, 2013, 2018-2019) a Maura Pfefferman v Transparent (2014-2017). Za svou roli v tomto posledním získal Tambor dvě ceny Primetime Emmy za nejlepšího hlavního herce v komediálním seriálu ze tří nominací.
