Sean Patrick Hayes (narozen 26. června 1970) je americký herec, komik a producent. Známý pro své vystoupení na jevišti a plátně, získal uznání za roli Jacka McFarlanda v sitcomu NBC Will & Grace, za který získal Primetime Emmy Award a čtyři Screen Actors Guild Awards. Také získal nominace na šest Golden Globe Awards a dva Tony Awards, vyhrál jeden. Také provozuje televizní produkční společnost s názvem Hazy Mills Productions, která produkuje pořady jako Grimm, Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man a Hollywood Game Night. Hrál Jerryho Lewise ve filmu CBS a Martin Lewis (2002). Je známý svými vystoupaními ve filmech jako Billy's Hollywood Screen (1998), Cats & Dogs (2001), Pieces of April (2003), The Cat in the Hat (2003), Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!
