Po The Cosby Show se Richmond objevil ve filmech jako Enemy Territory (1987), Scream 3, National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Trippin', Another Movie a nezávislém hororovém filmu Teen Hatchet. Jako mladý se objevil v hudebním videu Kool & Gang pro píseň "Cherish" .
