Biografie
Billy se poprvé objevil na Broadwayi v roce 1998 jako "Squeegee Man" a "Roger" náhradník v Rent; také hrál jako poslední Roger v závěrečném broadwayské společnosti Rent, která byla zaznamenána pro divadelní vydání: Rent Filmed Live on Broadway. Jeho další úvěry zahrnují Miss Saigon (s původní hvězdou Salcie Lea Kimonga hrající se v blízkosti broadwayské produkce), Betty Monty jako náhrada za Lukowski (2001), Tony Gibson (2005), a Aida (náhrada za Radja, 2003).
