Nikki M. James
Biografie
Nikki Michelle James (narozená 3. června 1981) je americká herečka, režisérka a zpěvačka. James debutovala v populárních divadelních muzikálech The Book of Mormon, Les Misérables a Suffs a získala cenu Tony Award za knihu Mormon. James se narodila v rodině přistěhovalců, Vincentian otce a haitské matky, kteří se usadili v New Jersey ve snaze o americký sen. James vyrůstala v Livingston, New Jersey, kde by absolvovala Livingston High School. Jako dítě, zpívala a hrála v kostele a ve školních představeních. Byla nominována na cenu Rising Star v Paperhouse Play pro její výkon jako Dolly Levi na střední škole. Později navštěvovala Tisch School of the Arts na New York University.
