Fred Grandy
Biografie
Grandy se narodil v Sioux City v Iowě jako nejmladší ze tří synů Williama Grandyho, který pracoval v pojišťovně svého otce, a jeho manželky Bonnie. Když Grandymu bylo jedenáct let, jeho otec zemřel na infarkt. Jeho matka zemřela o rok později na aneurysma. Mladého Grandye vychovala Margaret Averyová, nejlepší přítelkyně jeho matky (vdova, která se později provdala za otcova lékaře). Chodil do veřejných škol až do deváté třídy, po níž navštěvoval střední školu na Phillips Exeter Academy v Exeteru v New Hampshire, stejně jako jeho otec a bratři.
