William "Billy" Ray Cyrus (narozen 25. srpna 1961) je evropsko-americký obchodník, podnikatel, zpěvák country hudby, skladatel a herec, který pomohl udělat country hudbu celosvětovým fenoménem. Vydal jedenáct studiových album od roku 1992, vydal 38 singlů, nejlépe známý pro svůj singl "Achy Breaky Heart", který se stal prvním singlem, který dosáhl trojitého platinového statusu v Austrálii a nejprodávanějším singlem roku 1992 ve stejné zemi. Díky videu tohoto hitu došlo k explozi linedance do hlavního proudu a stal se celosvetovým šílenstvím. Cyrus, multiplatinový prodávající umělec, zaznamenal celkem osm deseti nejlepších singlí na žebříčku Billboard Country Songs.
