Richard James Biggs II (18. března 1960 - 22. května 2004) byl americký televizní a divadelní herec, známý pro své role v televizních seriálech Days of Our Lives a Babylon 5. Narodil se v Columbus v Ohiu, Biggs navštěvoval University of Southern California na stipendium, studoval divadlo.
