Philip Latham se narodil 17. ledna 1929 v Essexu v Anglii jako Charles Philip Latham. Byl to herec, známý pro Dracula: Prince of Darkness (1966), The Treasure Seekers (1961) a Middlemarch (1968). Byl ženatý s Eve Pitt-Payne (12. září 1960 - 12. července 2010) (její smrt) (dvě děti). Zemřel 20. června 2020 ve Anglii.
