Maulik Navin Pancholy (/moʊliːk nɑːvɪnpænˈtʃoʊli/, narozen 18. ledna 1974) je americký herec. Nejvíce je známý svými rolí jako Jonathan v seriálu 30 Rock, Baljeet Tjinder ve seriálu Phineas and Ferb, Neal v první sérii seriálu Whitney a jako Sanjay Patel v seriálech Weeds a Sanjay and Craig. Jeho debutový román, The Best at It (z Balzer + Bray/HarperCollins), je o homosexuálním, indickém americkém chlapci, který vstoupil do své vlastní reality. V roce 2022 vydal knihu Nikhil Out Loud, která vypráví příběh o dětech z osmé třídy, kteří se postavili proti homofobii ve své komunitě.
