Hugh Newman je světový průzkumník, megalitoman a autor knihy Earth Grids: The Secret Pattern of Gaia's Sacred Sites (2008); spoluautor knihy Giants On Record: America's Hidden History, Secrets in the Mounds and the Smithsonian Files s Jimem Vieirou (2015) a je publikován ve třech e-knihách 'Ancient Origins'. Byl pravidelným hostem v pořadu Ancient Aliens a Search for the Lost Giants na History Channel a byl na BBC, Sky TV, Bosnian TV a je zapojen do dokumentárních projektů Ancient Tomorrow (US) Megalithic Odyssey (UK) a Road 2 Ruins (US). Je videoproducentem, který pravidelně publikuje filmy o svých světových průzkumech na www.youtube.com/Megalithomania.UK.
