Dionne Quan (rozená 20. října 1978) je americká hlasová herečka. Quan, čínská Američanka, se narodila v Lexingtonu, Massachusetts, jako dcera Lori a Daryl Quan. Je legálně slepá, narodila se s optickou hyperplazií. Její herecké scénáře jsou psané v Braillově písmu pro ni. Svoji první hlasovou práci získala ve věku 14 let pro televizní reklamy. Je hlasem Kimi Finster, postavy z kreslené televizní show Rugrats and All Grown Up!.
