Annie Murphy (narozená 19. prosince 1986) je kanadská herečka. Je nejlépe známá pro svou roli jako Alexis Rose v sitcomu Schitt's Creek (20152020), za kterou získala cenu Primetime Emmy Award, stejně jako nominace na cenu Zlatý glóbus a dvě televizní ceny Critics' Choice Television Awards. V letech 2024 a 2025 hrála Murphy v roli Chief Flavor Officer v reklamní kampani Talking Rain's Sparkling Ice.
