František Andrew Francis (* 27. května 1985) je herec a hlasový umělec z Vancouveru, Britská Kolumbie, Kanada. Objevil se v mnoha televizních pořadech včetně Poltergeist, Dark Angel, Twilight Zone, The L Word, Smallville a Kyle XY. Také se objevil v divadelních verzích jako Knockaround Guys, Agent Cody Banks, Final Destination 3 a nedávno The Invisible. Francis také vystupuje od věku 9 let ve více než 20 animovaných seriálech, včetně mnoha anime seriálů, jako jsou: RoboCop: Alpha Commando, X-Men: Evolution, Johnny Test, Action Man, Dragon Booster, MegaMan NT Warrior, Monster Rancher a Vision of Escaflowne.
